You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 2 business days. Do not return items without an RA number, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees (see Section 5). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If the new product you wish to purchase costs more or less than the returned item, you will be charged the difference or refunded accordingly.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@pledukacyjnyporadnik.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us, at which point a refund will be processed according to this policy.

Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses and subscriptions cannot be returned once activated, downloaded, or license keys have been revealed.
