1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

1.2 Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened hardware products in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products (see Section 4)
  • Products that do not match their description
  • Products delivered in error

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

For security and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Software licenses or digital products that have been activated or downloaded
  • Opened biometric devices (fingerprint scanners, etc.)
  • Products with tampered security seals
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2 Return Authorization

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 2 business days. Do not return items without an RA number, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Return Process

3.1 Package the Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

3.2 Ship the Item

Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

3.3 Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

4. Refund Methods and Timeline

4.1 Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.2 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees (see Section 5). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.3 Refund Notification

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply in the following situations:

  • 15% restocking fee: For opened items returned in original condition
  • 25% restocking fee: For items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • No restocking fee: For defective items, incorrect items shipped, or items damaged during shipping

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • A detailed description of the issue

6.2 Defect Resolution

For defective or damaged products, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no charge
  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Offer store credit for a future purchase

6.3 Manufacturer Warranty

Many products come with manufacturer warranties. If a defect appears after the 30-day return period, you may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in filing warranty claims with the manufacturer.

7. Exchanges

7.1 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7.2 Price Differences

If the new product you wish to purchase costs more or less than the returned item, you will be charged the difference or refunded accordingly.

8. Cancelled Orders

8.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@pledukacyjnyporadnik.com.

8.2 Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us, at which point a refund will be processed according to this policy.

9. Wrong Item Shipped

If we ship you the wrong item, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Ship the correct item at no additional charge
  • Refund any price difference if applicable
  • Process the exchange as quickly as possible

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

10.1 Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days.

10.2 Investigation Process

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process typically takes 7-10 business days. Once the investigation is complete, we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.

11. International Returns

11.1 Return Shipping

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.

11.2 Refund Adjustments

Refunds for international orders may be adjusted for currency conversion fees and international transaction costs.

12. Digital Products and Software

12.1 No Returns on Activated Products

Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses and subscriptions cannot be returned once activated, downloaded, or license keys have been revealed.

12.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement license if the product is defective.

13. Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned without proper authorization (RA number)
  • Items that show signs of use beyond inspection or testing
  • Items listed as non-returnable

14. Refund for Subscription Services

14.1 VPN and Software Subscriptions

For subscription-based products (such as VPN services), refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

14.2 Partial Refunds

If you cancel a subscription after the 30-day period, we will not provide a refund for the remaining subscription period, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

15. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Can be used for any products on our website
  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

16. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth return process, customers are responsible for:

  • Contacting us within the specified return window
  • Obtaining a Return Authorization number before shipping
  • Securely packaging items to prevent damage during return shipping
